Раскатываем тесто между 2-х листов пергамента, толщина 3-4 мм, убираем в холодильник на 1 час.
Подготавливаем начинку, соединяем творог с мукой, сахарной пудрой или сахаром.
Добавляем белок и цедру лимона, натертую на мелкой терке.
Выдавливаем из отдохнувшего теста круги диаметром 10 см.
На одну сторону круга выкладываем начинку, побольше.
Сверху накрываем второй половиной, слегка придавливаем, край скреплять не нужно.
Смазываем верх сочника глазировкой и отправляем выпекаться в духовку, разогретую до 170˚С на 18-20 минут.
